Broilmaster Flare Busters that are used in place of the Charmaster Briquets or lava rock. Flare Busters offer a more even cooking surface and less flare up. Made from ceramic they will outlast briquets, when one side of the flare buster becomes soiled with grease and fat simply flip each one over and the heat from the burner will burn it off.
