This insulating liner is required when building the Blaze Pizza Oven into a combustible outdoor kitchen cabinet or island. The liner protects the combustible material from over heating. This liner is made of all stainless steel.
This liner is not required if the pizza oven cabinet is constructed of non-combustible material such as steel studs or masonry.
